There may be a difference in the design of the outer shape (package - carton) of the product received by the customer and the image displayed on the Al-Raqi website. This is due to the release of a newer design for the outer packaging or carton of the product by Al-Raqi and the manufacturer. However, this does not mean a difference in the content of the product, and Al-Raqi guarantees this to you, as Al-Raqi strives to update the product packaging and product images on the website periodically.

All forms of payment by credit card are subject to data verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, and we will cancel your order and may contact you to choose an alternative method of payment.
The details on the credit card used for payment must exactly match the cardholder's information as registered with the card issuer. Payment will be approved and held pending upon placing your order, and the amount will be debited from your account once the provider has processed your request. 4- Delivery:
Al-Raqi handles product delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and according to our estimate, your order is expected to arrive within two (2) to seven (7) working days starting from the day your order is confirmed via email, depending on your region.
If no one is available to receive the order, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery time or obtain additional information about receiving your order from the delivery company. If you are unable to receive your order on the second delivery attempt, you may have to pay an additional delivery fee for any further delivery attempts.
Orders are delivered from Saturday to Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
5- Customs fees and local and international shipments:
The amount shown in the order is the price of the products, and any additional amounts collected by customs after shipping are not related to Raqi, and you can view the shipping fees of the shipping companies.
6- Cancellation, Returns and Exchange Policy:
At Al Raqi, our goal is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Out of concern for your safety, Al Raqi does not allow returns or exchanges of its products, except for products that arrive damaged.
Cancel:
We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply call customer service on (+) to cancel your order, and we will do our best within reason to cancel it, provided that your order has not already been fulfilled.
In the event of this, we will treat the cancellation as a return. In any case, you can always contact our customer service; they will be happy to assist you.
Offers and discount coupons:
You can take advantage of the Visa discount, Apple Pay discount as an additional discount along with discount coupons, offers and discounted products.
Other discounts such as: discount coupon, Qitaf Excellence discount on discounted offers and products cannot be used.
When using the Qitaf points earning bonus, it is not possible to benefit from the Visa discount, Apple Pay discount or coupon discount.
